2023: Guy Paré elected Fellow of the International Academy of Health Sciences Informatics (IAHSI). This honor was awarded during the MedInfo 2023 Congress, Sydney (Australia), July 8-12.

2023: Best Paper Award for “Quo Vadis IT Use?” (with S. Bourdeau & M. Ringeval). Paper presented at the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada Annual Conference (ASAC) 2023 – Information Systems Divsion, June 3-6, Toronto (Ont.), Canada.

2022: Best Paper Award for “Artificial Intelligence and the Conduct of Literature Reviews” (with G. Wagner & R. Lukyanenko). Article published in the Journal of Information Technology, 37(2), 2022, pp. 209-226.

2021: Recipient of the AIS (Association for Information Systems) ATLAS Award 2021. This recognition is awarded to those individuals who have made the most significant contributions toward the intellectual infrastructure of the Association for Information Systems (AIS).

2020: Recipient of the Pierre-Laurin Research Award 2020. This prize is annually awarded to a HEC Montréal professor in recognition of his/her outstanding scientific career and contribution to the School’s renown.

2020: Guy Paré is figuring among the world’s most influential researchers in the field of digital health. Numerous professors from HEC Montréal appear in a ranking of research citations, created in May 2020, and published on the Mendeley website (a search tool belonging to Elsevier, the Dutch scientific publisher).
